Track & Field Sprinter Workout

We've decided to pull out one of our Collegiate track practice regimes for you all. Although we would usually do this workout on an outdoor track, one could potentially do this on a treadmill as long as the distance is tracked.

Warm Up:

800 meter jog



200 meter sprint

250 meter light jog

150 meter sprint

300 meter light jog

100 meter sprint

350 meter light job

50 meter sprint

400 meter light jog

** Complete this 1 or 2 times depending on athletic ability **

Plyometrics: (Optional)

2x20 Squats

10 Push-Ups

2x10 Walking Lunges

10 Burpees
